Hotel Operations Manager

The Job:

Require an experienced Hotel Operations Manager reporting directly to the General Manager. As Hotel Operations Manager you will be responsible for leading, motivating and developing the operational management team and driving the highest standards of customer service within the property on a day-to-day basis.

The Essential Skills:

Must have previous 3-star hotel experience within a 30+ bedroom hotel operation, with at least 3 years as a hotel Operations Manager or, a proven Senior Food & Beverage Operations Manager.

Must have the capability to lead from the front and be a strong, credible leader and drive standards within the organisation.

Possess strong F&B and C&B knowledge with a good experience but also possessing a broad background of all other areas within the business.

A proven track record of mentoring and developing talent within the operation.

Good skills to increase sales & profitability within all areas of the business.

Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal, with guests, colleagues & senior management.

Must be passionate about the hospitality industry & constantly delivering top class customer service.

A good understanding of the local marketplace.

Please note: this is not a role for a 1st time Operations Manager

Essential Qualification: Graduate preferred from Hotel Management Background
